Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $35.00 CAD. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. For U.S. shipping or Canadian orders under $35, a flat rate fee of $15.00 CAD will apply.

Exchange Policy

We can offer exchanges or credit towards a different item in the boutique, within 30 days of purchase. Your items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping cost.

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds. Defective items will be repaired or replaced one time, at no extra charge, within 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at sales@cristallidilago.ca to initiate the exchange process.

2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging. Depending on the location in the GTA and Niagara region, we may arrange to exchange the product at your door, with no additional shipping cost to you.
